Use our free parking pass if you have a vehicle. Scooters are located around the buidling. The hop on and off bus stops in front of the buidling.

A few things to know before booking:

PARKING
1 free garage space is included — park in any open space not marked
"Reserved." A second space for a 2nd car is $25/night. A guaranteed
reserved space (first floor, near the pedestrian gate) is $35/night —
just message us. Display your parking pass at all times; unauthorized
vehicles are subject to towing by the building, not us. Tow fees are
not refundable.

3RD-FLOOR COURTYARD-FACING UNIT
This unit faces the building's interior courtyard. Across the
street is a VFW post that occasionally hosts evening events
(weekends most common). Sound is generally minimal at the 3rd
floor, but please plan accordingly if you're a light sleeper
during weekend stays.

ISSUES DURING YOUR STAY
Please report any issues directly to us through Airbnb messages
within 24 hours so we can resolve them in real time. We cannot
address concerns raised only in reviews after checkout.

QUIET HOURS
10 PM - 7 AM, per building policy. No parties or events.

SECURITY
There are no cameras inside the unit. Common-area security
cameras are operated by the building.
